Warning to Publishers

Unless your title is a sure seller, do not list it as returnable. Retailers take advantage of that and it can get really expensive for the publisher. A large retailer purchased 80 copies one of my titles but so far has returned 47 of them. My net loss to date is almost $100 and the retailer had the use of my books for 6 months. NOT a good deal.
